Shipping & Cancellation Policies

King Air Chimney will accept returns of undamaged and unused items within 14 days from product delivery date. Returns will not be accepted on any custom made or custom built items. All custom made products are not returnable or refundable. We do not accept returns on any ovalized liners, custom caps, custom chase pans, custom made glass doors, etc. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to give the proper dimensions for all custom orders. There is a 40% restocking fee for all returns. Kingair Chimney must authorize all returns, before they are shipped back to the warehouse. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges, unless KingAir is at fault.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations may be made within 12 hours of placing an order or if they order has not already shipped. If the order has already shipped, then the return shipping will be at the customers expense and a 20% restocking fee will be charged. When we have received your return, please allow 2-5 business days for the item to be inspected and the refund to be issued. Please call customer service or email us immediately to cancel an order.


Expedited Shipping

Shipping charges apply to all orders. We ship within the United States. Please feel free to email us at sales@kingairchimney.com if you need the items expedited. We offer expedited shipping on standard size stock products and we can expedite custom orders for an additional fee.


Sales Tax Sales

Tax will be charged to all New York State residents via Paypal upon checkout.
